ingredients:

1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained

1 cup frozen peas, thawed

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

2 tbsp white sugar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried dill

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8-10 slices of crispy cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions:

In a large bowl or trifle dish, layer the chopped iceberg lettuce as the first layer. Add the diced red onion, diced celery, and diced green bell pepper on top of the lettuce. Layer the sweet corn and thawed peas on top of the vegetables. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, white sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
