Have you ever tried a Starbucks lemon loaf? As much as I'm in love with homemade desserts, I can't refuse a slice of lemon cake. It's very yummy , tender and full of lemon flavor in every little bite.

When I was a student, I would go to Starbucks every Sunday to do my homework. And I'd always order the slice of lemon loaf. It has the perfect balance of yummy butter without being so greasy, and the dilisieuse lemon flavor packs a punch without being sour at all.

So I wanted to find that perfect Starbucks recipe for the fake lemon loaf so I could make a yummy home-made lemon loaf and eat three slices without the embarrassment of ordering all 3 of my barista's.

Ingredients:

•  1 1/2 cups flour
•  1/2 teaspoon (p) soda bread
•  1/2 teaspoon baking powder
•  1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 eggs
•  1 cup sugar
•  2 tablespoons (s) butter. Loosened.
•  1 teaspoon vanilla
•  1 teaspoon of lemon extract
•  1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup oil

Lemon Icing Ingredients:

• one cup powdered sugar; Plus one tbsp.
• two tablespoons (m) whole milk; I used 2%.
• ° 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract

Instructions:

you need to Combine flour, baking powder ,baking soda and salt in a bowl.
mix eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon extract, and lemon juice all in in a medium bowl.
Pour the wet ingredients into  dry ingredients also blend it until sleek.
Adding oil & mix well.
put it into a well-greased nine * five inch loaf pan.
Baking at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Make lemonade by mixing all topping ingredients in a bowl on a low pace .
When our loaf has cooled, take it out of skillet also stick it to the top with some ice.
Allow frosting before cutting.
