Potato fritters
Ingredients
- two large potatoes 500g
- Parsley
- Spring onions
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- two medium eggs
- Corn starch two large tablespoons (forty g)
- Sweet paprika
- Coriander seven g
- Vegetable oil for frying
- For the sauce:
- Natural yogurt one hundred twenty g
- one lemon (half lemon juice)
- Lemon zest
- Parsley
- Half a cucumber
- Salt and pepper
- one clove of garlic
- Spicy sauce
- Olive oil
Directions:
1. Grate your potatoes and squeeze them very well.
2. Place them in a bowl and add the parsley, starch, salt, pepper, garlic, eggs ,chives, paprika and coriander.
3. Form the pancakes and fry them in a pan with hot oil.
4. Sauce: you need to Mix garlic, parsley, cucumber, salt,lemon, pepper, , hot sauce and oil.
5. Serve the pancakes with this sauce and enjoy .
