INGREDIENTS
- 2 English cucumbers also known as seedless cucumbers, thinly sliced
- ½ large red onion thinly sliced
- 3 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar or white vine vinegar
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- ½ to 1 tsp sea salt to taste
- dill optional, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS

Gather all ingredients, thinly slicing cucumbers and onions if you haven’t already.

In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers with red onion, vinegar, granulated sugar and salt. Toss cucumber salad, then place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 20 minutes.

After it has chilled, taste the salad and season with more salt if it is necessary. Serve as a fresh side dish for your meals.
