HOMEMADE BREAD 😋

Ingredients:
4 cups of flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
An envelope dry yeast powder (7grs) 2 teaspoons.
1 cup of lukewarm water
1/3 cup of oil

Preparation:

1. Dissolve the yeast with a pinch of granulated sugar in 1/4 cup of warm water (this must have a temperature between 37° to 42° celcius exactly for the yeast to work). Let it rest until it increases. (This takes approximately 10 minutes)
2. Then in a counter or in a large bowl we place the flour, salt, oil, yeast and warm water. We begin to knead until all the ingredients are well united.
3. Then the dough is allowed to rest with a covered cloth between 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
4. We cut the dough making a bun or giving the desired shape to the bread.
5. Place in the oven previously heated to 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes and then for about 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
6. This is how our bread is ready.
7. With this recipe, approximately 6 to 7 loaves come out.
