Brioche with Hazelnut Cream: the perfect anytime treat!

the ingredients
For a bowl 25 x 10 cm:
  • 500g / 3 cups flour
  • 250 ml / 8.8 oz of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 80 g / 0.5 cup sugar
  • 8 grams of yeast
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • Hazelnut Cream
  • Coconut flakes
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Knead the dough. Let’s laugh.
Do not cut the whole dough into 3 parts. Put Nutella in every bite. texture.
Put the brioche in a greased mold. To brush the brioche with butter, let’s wake up in an hour.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
Spread apricot jam on top of the brioche, and garnish with Nutella and coconut.
