Cajun shrimp scampi

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 raw shrimp
  • 1 serving pasta (preferably linguine)
  • 2 mince garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 t. basil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • flour (to thick)
  • Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • White wine (not shown)
  • olive oil (not shown)

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat  saucepan on medium-high heat. Adding butter, a olive oil also  white wine & bring to a boil.

Adding garlic & cooking for 2 more mn.

Adding shrimp.

Next, seasoning shrimp with Cajun seasoning, also be generous !

When shrimp turn pink on one side, flip also cooking for other minute also removing from the pan, leave liquid.

Adding heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt, also pepper.

Bring to a boil & whisk in sprinkling of flour to the sauce thick.

Reduce heat to medium-low & adding shrimp again.

My heart shrimp with sauce & feet over pasta. topped with parmesan cheese,
