Ingredients
2 packages crescent rolls
1 package Jimmy Dean cooked sausage crumbles
1 envelope country gravy mix
6 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz shredded pepper Jack cheese
Directions :
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place 16 triangles of crescent dough, pointed in the center, on a round pizza pan that has been oiled. To create a crust, press against the pan’s bottom and up its sides; next, seal the seams. 11–13 minutes or until golden brown in the oven.
In the interim, make gravy in a medium pot in accordance with the directions on the package. Sausage crumbles are added to the gravy once it has thickened.
Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Melt butter in a big skillet over a medium heat. Add egg mixture and whisk while cooking until nearly set.
Over the crust, spread the sausage gravy mixture. Add eggs and cheeses on topBake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are set. Cut into wedges.
